Can someone prepare for the UPSC and State PSC simultaneously?
Most of the part of syllabus of UPSC CSE and state PSC (you have said it PCS) of any state either it is UP, UK, BH, MP or any other is same (I have seen it). Difference is this that in state PSC you need to read about states also in detail.So if you can cover syllabus of both UPSC and state PSC simultaneously then you can crack both exams at the same time but most of the people doesn’t do it, they focus only on UPSC or state PSC at one time. Now choice is yours what you want to do.
Need is perseverance factor and sincerity as well as manage the needs of both the exams. If you can do it, perfectly good. It all depends on the way you prepare and set your strategy towards achieving. There are almost half of the aspirants of UPSC who simultaneously prepare for their SPSC examinations

Because one demands depth of knowledge and another knowledge in depth so I hope you understood what i mean by that lines so. if you think that one can clear both the exams at the same time so let me tell you that it becomes so difficult to crack .i am not saying that it is impossible yes it is possible but is also very difficult so just focus on one as the only aim and work hard to achieve that aim i hope you got my word .so best of luck prepare hard and crack the exam
