Can any other state candidate apply for Kerala PSC?

Yes, anyone can apply for any psc exams in India. But for some post, there will be a condition that you should know the regional language of that state. All exams by Kerala PSC with +2 qualification and below are in Malayalam, for language minority it is Tamil and Kannada too.

All exams with degree qualifications are in English but there are 10 questions on Malayalam. If you can score enough then it won’t be a problem too. If you are a non-keralaite it is better to try for your own state exam.
